16.Bxc6?!
This was a surprise to me, white wanted to take advantage of my 'wrecked' Queenside pawn structure, but I thought my bishop would offer me better long term prospects.

Again, I was baffled by this move, it hand me control of the D file.

I played the correct moves for # then at the last moment miss it! It was so easy too, it must have been the 'heat of the battle' scenario etc. (that's what I keep telling myself anyway!) [32...g5+

So, in conclusion what is my system?
Well... I don't have one, its a combination of luck, taking ones chances, (when given them) a superior opponent maybe taking you/me for granted and not playing their 'best' game, and frankly patzers like me who advocate some sort of magic chess system which will improve your game by 400+ Elo or 50+ ECF points in a very short space of time, are well... full of shit!
The path to chess mastery equals lots of hard work, study and practice,
practice, practice!
